By accessing and using AutoParts ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

AutoParts provides an online marketplace for buying and selling auto parts. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

3. Account Registration

To make purchases, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. All products are subject to availability.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).

6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain products may not be eligible for returns due to safety or hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

8. Warranty

Products sold on our Platform may come with manufacturer warranties. We are not responsible for warranty claims beyond facilitating communication between you and the manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

AutoParts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AutoParts or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
